I went with Hooker LT's and a Catted Y from TSP, Install wasnt as bad as expected and got minor work done cheaply (computer tuneouts, welding, and some cutting)

Heres a Sound clip if your interested

Im also planing on doing sportlines/prokit front/rear respectably and i noticed the hooker Lt's only hang about 1/4 of an inch lower than the air dam on the front so i figure it should be alright as long as theres no big speed bumps in your area

It is my DD and its not lowered yet but i have the same thing in mind as you do and i mean... its been done before so i dont plan on expieriencing any issues, just avoid speed bumps

its not like day and night but you can feel a difference... Dont get so caught up in numbers though man, focus on drivability and your prefrence.
