whats better shorty headers, or long tube headers.

LT's for sure, if your going to pull it apart might as well do LT's. If your looking to pass smog and all that good stuff then stick to stock manifolds, if its no issue with you or the state you live in, LT's all the way.

thank you all for your in put but if i way ask what is the difference in the two and why if long tubes arr better are shorties even on the market

Long tubes make more power, better flow, exhaust velocity, better merging of the tubes, etc... but you have to move or remove your catalytic converters which is illegal. Truthfully, unless you have a strict visual inspection (like in CA) you can run long tubes with a proper tune and still pass emissions inspection most places.
Shorties are emissions legal, so there must be some market demand to keep them available... plus they are prettier than manifolds
