remember leaner is meaner...too learn your gonna detonate and burn up the pistons
This is something I wanted to ask.

I have one cat in the I-pipe, but I still smell fumes when I first start the car. I figured if I smelled it, then its running rich.

Shit, is there ANY speed shop that can tune my car in the S. Florida area?

Here is something to try if it really bothers you to much.

I have seen (or rather smelled) a few car runing this at the dragstrip, I was like whoa it smells like bubble gum, what in the world? Then my buddy told me about this stuff. I don't know that I would use it as those smells may set off my wifes asmha worst than the hydrocarbons smell. And with my current tune it is not as bad.

With a good tune you really can't smell the difference.

From what I know an ORY in it self will not really cause the car to go rich or lean. But headers usually do cause a rich condition because the O2 sensors are moved further away from the combustion chamber. So their readings are a bit skewed and the computer will try to make up for these changes usually resulting in an overall rich condition.
