    Header plans please give opinion

    okay well heres the plan. i want headers (ceremic coated) down to duel electric cutouts. then to duel cats (probably random tech.) then out to x pipe into dual bullet mufflers (not too loud) back over the axle and out thru stock tips (just want to keep people guessing). i plan to use 2.5 inch piping i'm not overly concerned about power but i do want some considerable gains the main thing is good quality and awesome sound (just not too loud, thats why i got the cutouts). I was wondering if i could get some opinions on brands i'm not rockefeller but i will spend what it takes to do it right so any info would be greatly appreciated

    Headers = Pacesetter
    Cutouts = QTP
    Cats = Random Tech

    Why run the X and the bullets if you have cutouts?? Just run stock piping (as much as you can anyways) past the cats. Open the cutouts when you want loud/power.

    I can't blame you there.
    I have duals as well.

    But with duals there really isn't much need for cutouts.

    cutouts do just that, cutout the lowend torque. great for sound, though. i used to have the random tech cats. get the bassani metallicats instead. way better design.
