Header Install Question

Ok so i just got my pacesetter LTs and ORY in today, pro 5.0 shifter and my tanny will be here next week from being rebuilt. All i want to know is an expected time frame for install as the tranny is already out of the car and y pipe is already removed. All i have to do is take stock manifolds off and swap with my LTs. How long do u guys think this should take? and oh yea its in a shop on a lift with every tool imaginable to man.

I also had another question what are the torque specs for these headers?

Exhaust Manifold Bolt (First Pass) (5.7 L Eng) 15 N·m 11 lb ft
Exhaust Manifold Bolt (Final Pass) (5.7 L Eng) 25 N·m 18 lb ft
Exhaust Manifold Nut (5.7 L Eng) 35 N·m 26 lb ft
Exhaust Manifold Nut 35 N·m 26 lb ft

Those are the specs for factory manifolds. Im not sure if headers are different though??
