Lol wow this thread really took off. Anyhow,
Im glad it was a bad plug.
1. Get rid of those crappy "pacesetter extensions" Get Extensions or bosch 13111 sensors.
2. You dont have EGR and never have, 01-02 came with ls6 intake.
3. AIR = The Secondary Air Injection (AIR) system helps reduce exhaust emissions. The system forces fresh filtered air into the exhaust stream in order to accelerate the catalyst operation.
