    Header install?

I put a set on my old v6... it was a nightmare. Busted off a bolt in the head, out of reach, took it to a shop which failed to get it out and still charged me $100... etc. I noticed that this car seems to have studs instead of bolts holding on the stock mani's, so how many of you guys have busted bolts doing this?

Cliff notes: Anybody bust a bolt off during a header install?

there's a can of stuff similar to wd-40 you buy at an autoparts store which seeps into the rusty manifolds and makes it alot easier to losen the bolts

There bolts, except for the manifold to cat's those are studs and mine broke but there were coming off anyhow so it wasnt an issue. make sure if you do use lubricant like mentioned above you blow out the bolt holes.
