    Got my exhaust too!

So I went tsp lts, tsp ory, magnaflow catback, ordered (1) 02 extension.
Am I missing any necessities? Should I get new gaskets, header bolts.

Should I get a cutout or umi sfc's?

I think you will need (2) O2 extensions, one for each sensor, unless you mean 1 package of 2. I got new GM gaskets when I did mine, ordered them from texas speed when I ordered the headers. I just reused the original bolts. A cutout would be good if you race a lot, if not then I don't know why you would want one. Get the SFC's, I have the 2 point bolt in ones and am happy with them.

May as well do plugs and wires while you have everything apart. Also, if you have a lot of miles on your O2's, order up some Bosch 13111's and you can pitch your extension harnesses.

I am still using the factory header bolts.
Spark plugs won't hurt anything. 32K miles is low, but 8 years is long time.

Use the stock bolts, and the concern isn't breaking them, it's cross threading or stripping them. Take your time and start them by hand, then torque them to spec. You can reuse the gaskets but if you don't, get the GM gaskets.

Divide 132 by 12 to get foot pounds -- 11 foot pounds on the first pass. I think that is straight out of the service manual.
