I was thinking maybe pace setter headers with magnaflow catback..or am I missing something?...(get ready for the stupid question)..do I need an ORY? Maybe someone makes a headers..exhaust kit or something?

Hey, not a stupid question, you just found some f-body wierdness. Cat-back is really I-pipe back. You will also need a Y pipe from the headers to the I-pipe, either off road ORY or catted (with catalytic converters) to connect everything.
