black- 98 z28
gasket problem
I have a ls6 intake manifold off of a 02 camaro ss to put onto my 98 z28. However in the process of taking the manifold off the 02 car, some of the gaskets for the individual runners of the manifold came up missing or damaged. Will the gaskets off of the ls1 intake manifold that we will be taking off of my z28 fit the ls6 intake manifold or do i have to buy new gaskets? If i8 have to buy new ones, does anyone know where i can find these gaskets?

I'd get new gaskets, even if the old ones are the same size and looked new. Last thing you want is a leak after all that work. Friend of mine got his from the dealer along with the LS6 coolant pipe/plugs.

I agree with above spend the extra cash to get the new gaskets to make sure there arent any leaks.
Would piss you off if ya had to remove intake again to replace leaky gaskets.
Been there done that

Pewter- all bore 370 Trans Am
your old gaskets off the ls1 will work fine as long as your careful with them when taking them out. use a precision flathead to get them out.
