    Fuel line disconnect problems

I'm trying to remove my fuel lines in the process of pulling the engine out of my 2001 WS6. I have every size disconncet tool but I cant get any of them to work. I know it has to be a 1/2" but I cant get the 1/2" tool to go all the way in. Only one side will go in. I've tried multiple 1/2" tools as well, both metal and plastic and nothing changes. Is there something wrong with my fuel line or is there some sort of trick to doing this that I dont know about?

I think you have to use 3/8" fuel line disconnect tool.

Needed to add a little electrical tape on the inside of the tool for it to work on my line.

Ok, cool. I'll have to try it out once it stops downpouring here.
