A few exhaust/header/cutout questions =]

I have a 99 camaro z28 with a SLP catback now. Im looking to get some headers and a Y pipe. Not sure if anyone has a similar setup.

Im wondering what would go good with a SLP catback? Hooker Long tubes with a Y pipe? Just want to try and get a plan before I get over excited and mess something up.

also, I saw an electric cutout at a LS1 shop near my house for about 150 bucks, good pick up? Gotta be louder than those awful WRXs flying around here!

Iv got pacesetter's and ory, running through a 3" cutout. I presonaly like the manual cutouts, i never close mine although the electric ones tend to clog up and not close all the way and there a bit pricey, i picked mine up for 25 bucks..

sweet man, Ya, Ive heard the electric is nice though. Now...with a ORY pipe it would be like so... because I'm not really experienced that much since I'm still a bit young and have things to learn.

So... with a ORY pipe it would be.... 1. Headers 2. ORY pipe 3. cats 4. my SLP exhaust. I know I prblly sound stupid but, gotta start somewhere.

If you could help me out, would be greatly appreciated. I built a old 71 Chevelle with a bud, much easier to get around in the engine bay =]

, i have a small 224 on a 12lsa...it sounds so sick at idle
