    the biggest difference between fast and a cast (other than the engineering) is going to be the heat soak, a cast manifold is going to heat soak like a bitch, whereas the composite one will not nearly as bad

    umm OK

    alumminum -- heat soak = less horsepower + more weight - less flow = you lose

    Fast -- composite = no heat soak = more horsepower - less weight - more cost but + more flow = ? your choice


    My choice = FAST which equates to more horse power + less weight + more flow ? Duh why waste your hard earned money?

    Fast has been and will be the tried, trued and proven winner.

    Just pony up the extra $ and go with the proven winner unless you are runnin Nitrous, then an alluminum intake might be the better choice when it comes to much higher pressures.
