Exhaust question

Is there an advantage to having an ORY pipe w/ LT's over having a true dual X-pipe w/ LT's? I always would have thought that true dual x-pipe would be the better exhaust but I see the majority of people have the ORY, is there a reason for that?

Most people run ory because its usually easier and cheaper to put on that duals.

my deciding factor to stick with a Y pipe over true duals is the ground clearance which you lose when going duals... not that it makes them better or worse just a matter of lifestyle and taste...

I would like to continue with that thought and say that most people usually go under the axle when doing true duals so that previous point may have been a generalization.
