exhaust clearence & coil spring issues

02 WS6 SLP full length headers & loud mouth system

issue 1) passanger side header hangs a little lower than driver & bottoms out every now & then.

issue 2) couldn't find stock springs for a 6spd (everyone listed auto w/ AC) so the Bilstein set up I got lowered the car 1.25"...now bottoms out all lot!

Partial correction for issue 2, I installed spring spacers in the rear, but can't find anything to space the front...

does anyone have any ideas? PLEASE!

Slp headers hang lower than any other brand. The bilsteins are a good setup.

Ok.. Well, I broke down and got a set of Moog standard height springs for the front. With the spring spacers I the rearthe car sits level, handles great and only bottoms out as much as it did before (which I'm ok with). I think I'll sell the front Bilstein springs since I doubt I'll ever change the headers... Next project is 15" rear wheels...

I also have the SLP headers w/ Eibach lowering springs. SOB bottoms out on speed bumps.

Well, I like my SLP's...I intended on keeping the car GM & SLP as it's an 02 and should be a nice collector's iem for my grand kids...anyway, I've gone back to stock heoght springs and all is well except I've shelled out another $300 between the springs and having the shop replace the front again...so I'll be selling the Bilstine springs.
