    Exhaust

I am looking for a quick way to make my Trans Am louder. I am not wanting to put a full system on, but just put a new muffler or something like that on. Any suggestions on what to do?

that would be loud for a dd though. listen to exhausts on ls1sounds.com. either get a catback or find one you like and buy that company's muffler and slap it on.

Get an electric cut out and its up to you. Loud when you want it and not so loud, if you would ever want that. I have had mine for 4 years from http://www.dmhperformance.com/
It was about 30 bucks to get the "y" put on. I ran the switch up a rubber gromet in the rear passanger floor, under the carpet and into the ash tray.

I don't think it's too loud out all, not with manifolds and cats.

    Not capped.

I caught all kinds of shit from some friends saying that it sounded like a catback LS1. Which is perfect for me.
Nothing like a 520RWHP car sounding basicly stock.

Cutout FTW. Or maybe cut off the muffler and dump it straight down so it echoes off the ground. A buddy of mine did that and it sounds great.
