which one will sound better and hp gain or just better decision overall!!!

well, the sound is person specific. Some people hate both due to the rasp but I loved mine when I was running a cutout with cats. After removing the cats I only run the cutout when I want to deafen someone next to me.
HP differences would be very small but I would maybe give the edge to the cutout by a little bit.

I went the route of the cutout because around here, if the cops want to be dicks, they'll pull you over if they think your car sounds too loud. For example, at some of their cute little checkpoints, I've seen them pull over Porches and other exotics for not having a front plate. So I know going with a loudmouth would only get me into trouble.

Personaly i have pacesetter lt's, ory and a cutout in the I pipe and i love the sound, when i want it quiet i have a magnaflow catback, but most of the time the cutout stays open, i went with the manual cutout thou, heard some issues with the electric.

well i just got a good deal i had to take SLP LONG TU"BES SLP Cat SLP Y SLP LOUDMOUTH al for 500 sooo and i heard the same combo on ls1 sounds and it sounded like a nascar lol so i like that its pretty raw
