Electric Exhaust Cut Out

i considering getting an electric cut out for the WS6 where would be a good place to buy one from? how many of you guys have cut outs on your cars & how well do you like them?

i love mine bro...
its nice to have a loud car and make it quite with just pusshing a button.
alot of peolpe here buy dms or something like that, but i bought mine on ebay and it works fine. its been on the car for a while now..
you seen it on my thread..

i paid $115 for it shipped

I went with DMH because he makes one specified for borla plus has great customer service and stands behind his product. Several ppl have had theirs replaced even after the warranty expired.

I had a QTP E-cutout on the 02 before I went with true duals. It was the 1st mod I did. Netted 15rwhp and 18rwt open on a Dynojet.

yeah thats a nice looking set up too,i will try to find it on ebay what brand is yours?

I know it is cheaper to do the cut out, but a tune and headers would be better. Get some gas mileage as well. I picked my headers up with the extended o2's for $150. Maybe sound is a concern for you? Headers are an instant attention getter. No need to use your horn anymore, either.

I have Borla as well. I had a QTP on the intermediate pipe after the headers. Worked great, expecially with cops around. I recently bought their Borla closeout plate one and moved the cutout back... car was just too loud for the neighbors. The new one works great too. A tight fit back at the plate location, but works just fine.

Nice, have you decided where you are going to put it then? Some ppl put it in the I pipe, but I decided to put mine where the adj. plates go on the right exhaust tip.

i checked it on ebay. the price went up..lol.. i guess they are doing good on sales... but it still worth it tho..
