I just ordered my lt and ory last week my headers showed up but no y-pipe?WTF? (due to fex ex's mis-ship)...ok long story short,
I didnt want make a whole thread over one little question so on my search i found this one kinda realated so hear it goes...
Do i have to weld anything on my exhause? (header, ory, stock cat-back,ect)
Nobody seemed to clearly answer this, i did find a few people say its an easy fix but i have no experience welding and wanted to put them on myself.
And i went with the lt coated pacesetters and 3"ory, and i plan on keeping my stock cat back for now.
I did also get a cut out but im pretty sure somebody is gunna have put that one for me.

No, you should NOT need to weld anything. It will have either flanges or slip fit connections to put it all together.

Thanks alot dude!
They should come in on thursday and im off friday so wish me luck.lol!
How about my cut-out i do have to get that welded in right?
Does that means i have i 3" stock cat-back already if my flanges or slip fit will go right on.
havent been under there much and i have no idea what size it is already,

I am pretty sure the stock cat back is 2.5" pipe. It has a 3" to 2.5" .
