Done a couple of things today

Pulled off the TB, cut off the egr ding dong, found a hose to bypass the TB. And polished the TB a bit. I did not want to go to wild on the port. It looks pretty good. Also shaved off a bit to let the butterfly open up a bit more. It's still not at 90 degrees, but I don't think it matters since the Butterfly shaft is still gianormous.

    Any other suggestions?

Put it all back together tonight after work. Runs a bit better. Seems to have a little bit more throttle response and no check engine light Yay. . . . . . . !

Hit is with a Dremmel for about 2 hours, then used a few different types of sand paper.

Just a sand bit that came with the Dremmel(realy rough sand paper). Then I just used what ever sand paperI had around untill it got very smooth.

I can tell the difference, it's not very big but it's there. If you were to see it on the dyno I bet it would be around 3 or 4, maybe.

I did this on my last car(a 4 banger Saturn). I went realy wild on the port though, the throttle body was as thick as tin can. I could notice a real big difference from that, it was about 4mm bigger than stock.

This time I went pretty mild on the throttle body.

I cut the EGR ding dong off, and it realy had no adverse effects(yet).
