RED- 99 Z28 CONVERTIBLE 6M
Difference between FE2 and F41 ps rack?
I may need to replace my power steering rack in my 99 Z28 convert. The car has the FE2 suspension. The parts store lists a different racks for the
FE2 or F41 suspension. Will they interchange? What is the difference?

F41 might be the V6 suspension.

The F41 is different and can not be swapped/interchanged with FE2.

F41 steering column attaching spot is more vertical then the FE2. The alternator wont clear and I don't think the steering knuckle will even bolt up.
Also, it will not clear aftermarket headers and might not even clear stock manifolds.
You need the FE2.
