are you going to keep the EGR and AIR? if not, then no big deal. if so, then you'll need to do a few things.
98-99 EGR tube to header location is different than 00. 01-02 don't have EGR.
98-99 AIR tubes are clocked 90* different than 00-02. i had this issue when i bought headers for my 99 and got 00 headers. you buy the EGR tube for 00 and your set there. twist the AIR tubes where they mount to the headers and you're fine. if not, then buy AIR tubes for 00-02.
