is this a decent stock replacement fuel pump?
is this a decent stock replacement fuel pump?
also where can it be purchased from? I actually know just want to verifiey.
seams Like Racetronics is just a manufactor not a dealer, and what would they be doing selling Delphi stuff?
so this deal which sounds to good to be true maybe a scam. the dealership charges around $600. for this piece.

I was considering a racing FP untill finding out how much of a PITA just swaping a pump like conveluted tube comeing lose ect.
this seams like the best for me
1. easy install.
2.a complete assembled piece.
3.all new sensor and regulater ect.
Thanks for any feedback on this dealLast edited by qwik219d9; 04-03-2010 at 03:51 AM.

silver- 2000 formula
usually on a fuel pump they quote the price for the WHOLE assembly..........not just the pump itself.....you cant expect a cheap price from the stealership.......can you????...for a few extra bucks you can step up to the walbro pump http://www.racetronix.biz/itemdesc.a...PA-001&eq=&Tp= .............a popular upgrade

more than just a pump
w/ the stock replacement I'll get more than just a pump new sender for fuel level and regulater + elimimate the possiblitly of the conveluted tube coming lose, (i've read it's a major PITA I only want to do this once not replace just a pump then find out later I need a new regulator then later find out I need a new sender.
My car only makes 380RWHP so I'm thinking the racing FP is way overkill. + it'll require a hot wire kit which adds another $90.
I've read that stock 26Lb injectors an stock FP is good for 425RWHP.

You can get a walbro direct fit that's good for 600+ hp. I know it was good enought for mu friends 02 WS6 with a cam and a Vortech blower, he had over 500hp and it was still putting out enought fuel.
