i would only get cutouts when you get headers. and get 2 of them but you can also only put 1 in if you like in the frnt or the back, from 33-190$$

I had them then cut them off! I only picked up 1 mph in the 1/4 not worth the money and is always a PITA when the things scrape on the ground, start leaking cause the gasket gets messed up and you loose the screws. If you have a free flowing exhaust your wasting your money. I had 2 of them right behind the headers where the cats use to be and was stupid loud. Ive just got striaght pipe there instead.

If you want to try a cutout I'd just get one installed, under the rear passenger seat. You don't want the PCM to see any exhaust leaks around the 02 sensors. Cable operated ones probably won't seal completely, and be a nightmare to get into the car and operating properly. Electric is fine, but won't last forever - been there and just cap/uncap mine manually now. Gains over an already free-flowing exhaust will be minimal, but love the sound. Think I'll uncap mine tomorrow and scare some people going to the grocery store. Just my .02
