    im planing to install an e-cutout on my y-pipe

    did it worth ??

    any hp gain or just the better sounding ?

    The biggest noticeable thing will be the sound, and you will gain some hp depending on what you have for a catback,

    Mine for example, I have 2 electric cutouts off each Kooks header, and then the stock catback, and to open and close them is just night and day difference, with them closed and running through the stock catback, if you punch it, it will accelerate just fine but its almost a smoother acceleration, If i open them up and hit it in the same situation it is more of a raw power, it will lurch out and take off....

    No i do not have dyno results to back this, i just have a very good sense of how my car feels...
