White- 2000 Trans Am WS.6
cut out question
Hello. My name is Cameron. I'm new to the LS1 family, so forgive my ignorance. I previously owned a 96 Camaro v6, but have moved up to bigger and better. I just bought a 2000 WS.6 about 3 weeks ago and I'm looking at cut outs. I've been looking up in forums about the one vs. two cut out debate. If anyone has two cut outs, how do you like it? My car is completely stock and I don't have much money for mods thanks to insurance and car payments, but I've been interested in getting two electric cut outs, one behind each manifold, if at all possible replacing the cats. Do you know if this is possible, and if so what size cut out do I need? I really appreciate you guys taking the time to answer my questions and giving any input you have. Thank you.

I dont relly think u need 2 cutouts. 1 supplies significant power for a the ls1. U only need to sart getting into 2 when ur running a lot of power. I dont know exactly how much power but probably in the 500 range to require 2. I have a DMH electrical cutout right now and love it.
