    Cut out or not

    I have a 98 Camaro Z28 with a Borla muffler and gutted cats and was wondering if to uncap my cut out or not since I already have a borla muffler and gutted cats or would I still benefit from the cut out. Also I ran the car in the 1/8 mile with the open cut out and I ran a 8.8 at 81mph and I was thinking I might run faster if I close the cut out for next time.

    test and trial or back to back dynos. I think you should keep the cutout open though.

    for sound, sure. for track results, didn't work out for me. lost .1 60ft, gained 1 mph, for a total of .02 gain in the 1/4.
    Cold Air Intake, Muffler Delete, Vinci High Performance Dual Valve Springs, Hardened Pushrods, Yella Terra 1.85 Rockers, Some Hydropdipped Stuff, Strut Tower Brace, Some SS Badges, boost/vacuum gauge, fuel pressure gauge
