crazy day at work with an engine

alright everybody. today at work we put a new engine in a HUMMVEE which some people dont know but its a hummer but in the army. lol so we put it all back together and when he stated it, it had a huge knocking noise. so we started listening and i thought i heard the noise coming from the turbo. so we turned off the vehicle and we took the turbo off. took it apart and we found out the impeller had a gash in it and that piece we think went into the intake. so we put a new turbo on it to see just in case the piece fell out when we took it off and we didnt see it. so the new turbo is in and we start the engine........lets just say we found out the piece of metal was in one of the cylinders cause the engine is no longer working. lol the engine sounded like it was burping loud as hell and when we revved the engine up, it got worse......were not stupid, we just find weird things to entertain ourselves. lol but ya, we have to replace the whole engine again which is going to take another 3 days. lol
