Tried that won't budge. tried breaker bar, tried hitting breaker bar to jolt it free still no good. At least now I know its a regular thread direction. so at least that is ruled out. Thank you

So you're standing on the crank pully bolt with a 1/2" drive impact gun and its not budging?? Wow, I don't know what to say to that...

Are you sure the 1/2" gun isn't weak... Try some lug nuts to test it...

Unhook the air line and spray a little WD40 into the gun, then try it !!!

you can also carefully use a breaker bar and rest it against the drivers side fenderwell/frame area and bump the starter.oh yea disable the coils first.
