Are you putting the stock pulley back on, or an aftermarket one?

I used the arp bolt to start the balancer on, then, towards the end, I switched to a new oem bolt to the end. I heard that the arp bolt being longer can mess up the threads because it bottoms out in the crank. I am not sure if its true or not, so I did not want to take the chance. As it goes on, it should not be crooked. If it is, there is something really wrong.

yeah i just got the arp bolt but did'nt try it. the belt was on the pulley half way beacuse it was'nt back far enough. i noticed the arp comes with a 1/4" washer too so i hope this takes care of everything.
