Cooling fans won't turn on

Hey guys, I have a question. Just done fixing my z28 after a 3 year operation and my cooling fans wont turn on. They both work if I bypass them so the problem is elsewhere. Relays are also ok. thanks

Do the fans come on when you turn on the air conditioning?

I found the problem. A bad coolant temp sensor. Thanks. I thought the sensor was fine because the gauge works ok but it was still faulty

I believe there are actually two temp senders installed on the engine - one for the gauge and one for the PCM.

Hello does any one know where this pcm is located, im sure some one does , I just want to learn as my fans aint come on sicne I bought car and am now in 100 degree weather .

The PCM should be located in the engine compartment on top of the Passenger fender well..Right guys? Is that what you talking about?

isn't there like 2 of them there im just wondering which one it could be as I got fan issues thanx ill do more research
