Im using SLP high flow cats, and there will be no sound change at all, and no it wont affect you 02 sensors.

Go to http://www.installuniversity.com/ins...sity/index.htm , click on 'library', then Catalytic converters flowed on a flow bench (data) to see some cat flow data. Generally, metal flows better than ceramic.
I use Random Tech cats.
Absolutely, if you get a good higher flowing cat.
The front o2s will function as normal, but you will run a bit richer due to the loss of backpressure. You'll see a gain of a few HP, but will need to tune them in to maximize the newfound flow rate (like headers). The rear o2s will sometimes set codes on higher flow cats. You can trick them or tune them out to eliminate the SES light.
