Catback install question
So I decided to install my magnaflow catback myself. It doesn't look difficult at all, but I need some pointers. I jacked the car up today but didn't have time to do anything else because I went to play golf. Correct me if I'm wrong on any of this...
Stock y-pipe...It looks like I just unbolt the mid-pipe from it.
Stock mid-pipe w/ welded cutout...This I would need to cut with a sawzall or something right? See pic below this one for better view.
Saw this just after the cutout and before the over-axle, right?
After that I just remove the muffler and tailpipes from the hangers. Is this all correct?

Yes correct on all of that, bolts right up like below. You will need to recycle some of the hanger hardware for your new setup.

Got it installed today. Idle sounds nice and deep! Half-throttle and WOT are about the same as before, but only because I had a cutout. Throttle response is better too. Everything feels smoother. I'm loving it.
