are cat-backs worth it?
already having the factory WS6 SLP exhaust i do not know of anymore power gains with a cat-back system.
headers are installed and i have a noticeable gain in power
i was not sure if finishing the exhaust system would be worth spending 400-800$ to gain what some say to be 5-10 whole HP
thank you in advance

yes, an aftermarket catback is worth it, if you already have the LT's get magnaflow, amazing sound, give you around 8 RWHP, and get those headers tuned if you havent yet and youll be looking at around 20-25 RWHP

rhe magnaflow is nice and deep but "quiet" compared to other systems at idle but sounds great at WOT

ls1sounds.com, personally i dont like listening to exhausts online because they WILL sound different in person, if you want go on youtube and look up MR. Luos, he has magnaflow and a bunch of clips up there

Magna Flow is what I have on my car. I love the sound and the fact that it's all stainless steel. It has a low deep mellow tone when cruising, and nice deep rumble when you open it up. I bought the whole system for $350 through a GP on LS1 Tech.

Navy Blue Metallic- `98 Formula M6 HdTp
The Factory Exhaust on a WS6 is NOT from SLP.
`96-7 LT1 cars could get the optional DOTL or the Dual Dual for 97 cause those cars were converted by SLP.
The 98+ LS1 cars were done by ASC.
We need to know what you have
Hint;
The factory exhaust will have a single round 2.5" polished tip in each side
