Cat back is next....What brand?
I have a stock 02 ws6. I want it to sound as good as it looks. What type of cat back should I buy?

Loudmouth sounds good with stock manifolds...can get raspy and extremely loud with headers. I like my magnaflow.....it's quiet until you get on it and flows pretty good. Flowmaster sounds good but flows like ass....GMMG sounds bad ass but is loud. Here's a site with all the sounds with different mufflers on ls1's stock and modded. http://ls1sounds.com

Decisions...decisions...decisions...Listen/ride in person if you can. My favorites were Corsa and GMMG - went with Corsa.

What mods are in store for you down the line? Headers? Cam? I say Hooker if you are getting headers and an ORY. Loudmouth is gonna sound like shit if you get headers, and Flowmaster is just gonna joke that baby.

I have a Hooker cat back & I went here to see what sounds I liked the best.
I wanted some sound so others knew some "muscle" was coming, but at the same time, I wanted to make sure it didn't draw the attention of every cop on the road.
I suggest anyone looking to get a new exhaust do the same.
BTW, my Hooker cat back, without cats, is quieter than it was stock, until you get on it that is.

Hell anything is better that Blowmaster. Stainless Works makes a chambered kit kinda like GMMG but they are both pricey.
