Slp said to keep the cats for low end torke?????
Sounds like bs to me. Getting headers and intake come spring.
Do I keep the cat or not. Do not plan on racing car at track.
weekend cruiser that wants to keep up.

ORY all the way, just make sure you don't have to worry about emissions or you have a way around passing the test WO cats. Even though the high flow cats flow well, you free up a couple extra ponies WO them. Sounds to me like SLP is trying to make the extra couple hundred $$$ off of you for the cats. BTW, I would avoid the SLP LT headers, they tend to have serious clearance issues compared with other headers, and also cost more. Pacesetters tuck nicely and are cheaper also.
