I was just drivng my car on the highway and had the A/c when i look down to see how much gas i have left i see that car is almost 260... I quickly turn off the A/c and it goes down to about 230.... It was about 90 outside and i was trying almost 30 mins... what can be wrong... i changed the coolant last year.. its never done this before.... I do have a xenon body kit

sometimes the guages act funny. to know for sure, you should get it scanned with efi or hpt. I kno wyou did the coolant change last year, but have you tired bleeding it?

First off what year and mileage of the car are we dealing here?
Could be alot of things right now if you don't get down on specifics, bud.

Is your fans coming on? Get someone pull you an accurate engine temp. (scanner/HPtuner/LS1edit, etc)The gauge in the car is pretty much a dummy gauge.

run it while its warm and see if the fans are coming on. that could be a start. check the hoses and make sure you feel the coolant passing thorugh. basically, ensure eveything mechanical is up to par then go from there.
