    Sure can...I drive in the rain with a lid and FTRA.

    of course, the lid has nothing to do with sucking water in. undercar cai kits like the fast toys and ssra do. but from what i've heard about those you should be find unless you decide to take your car into a lake or something.

    thanks guys.... just asking because i read that it removes the stock baffle, which i thought prevents rain from entering the intake

    no all that does is make the engine sound quieter, which everyone usually thinks is a bad thing.

    I have the SLP CAI that sucks in air from under the car and passes by the radiator. I've driven in the rain and plenty of times with no problems. Just don't try to drive through and huge puddles lol.
