    wait to do them if you plan on putting headers on, i did mine when i put my headers on and the stock plugs had 70k or so on them, and they looked fine

    easiest way....... Install headers, remove the EGR and AIR systems

    plug socket with nut end and a gear wrench or a ratchet with a 1 3/4" extention ........ easy beans from top bottom anywhere
