Yeah man. It made my ears hurt even when i was in my car following him. Couldnt even hear my magnaflow lol. It even made our other friends LM sound quiet, and thats hard to do.

well after talking to some local race car builders (one of the cars they built won a Pinks all out in '09) they have all said that headers are headers aslong as they are coated or stainless. hooker keeps coming up so i'm leaning towards Hooker 1-3/4". I don't plan on any major mods on the car for awhile so they said to go with the smaller size.

There is a big difference between coated and stainless. Coated will rust over time.

    This.

For the most part a header ia a header. There are some huge differences in quality and that is why there is huge price gaps.

I got the ebay hooker painted headers over a year ago with the tsp oryp with a hooker muffler in the stock location and it sounds good. It is slightly raspy between 2 and 3k at half throttle but nothing like my old car with flo's on it. Id actually like to try true duals because mine is tame sounding till 3/4 throttle or higher. I drive 110 miles a day on the interstate around 2500rpm and it has almost no drone. The headers were not that impressive till the frost tune then it came to life.
