I love my volant and it looks great thru a debaffled ws6 hood. But for a camaro I'd get a lid since there is no point to try and pick up some "ram air"

Sorry just had to flash ya! I liked the look of the Volant but liked the bigger "boobs" that the aftermarket vette intake has (not from Volant) and cut one up to fit and filters sit right behind openings in hood. Also had tried free air from front of radiator when I was running box but that caused hotter intake readings. No big difference in times at track (current has put down better #'s) and you can really here the air being sucked in with the dual intake even at idle. I know not for everyone but not trying to be like everyone. Kinda limited with the Camaro "ram air" option but have seen similar setup ran down front of radiator so the dual filters are near bottom of radiator like vette. when we are in heavy rain we tape up debaffled hood but couldn't with filters ran the other way. heres the Volant and the vette volant.jpg vette intake.jpg
