Question Best Header Combo for LS1 F-bodies MM6 Vert

Hey guys I want headers... I heard almost all headers perform the same.

All I know is I want ceramic coated, longtube headers, great clearance, great sound, lowest price, and best fit possible.

by combo I mean, longtubes, ory, and I guess 2 electric cut-outs!

    What's up?

well i was VERY happy with the set-up i had on my old 400rwhp 99SS....

it started with a FLP 1-3/4 headers set.... FULLY COATED!!!! $1,195!!!!
so you get coated long tubes, coated off road pipes, high flow cats (both easily interchangable) with great V type clamps, and a coated Y-pipe.

then i had an electric QTP cut-out, which sounded like a friggen NASCAR when opened..... it was AWSOME!!!! i really miss that car.
and the i left the stock SLP cat-back on when i wanted to be stealthy....

like i said... it was a great set-up..... either LOUD or stealth.
    when ever you want.

For the price, Pacesetters are the cheapest, and are very popular among the members of the forum.

Don't use the paper gaskets that they supply, buy some OE metal gaskets.

and how do you disconnect the wires that go to what I believe are the spark plugs? do they just take a really good grip and a really hard pull?

Plug wires shouldn't take much effort to take off.
