I wish you luck! I'm waiting on my tensioner. Since I lost the belt twice, I'm hoping this is the fix, but it'll take me awhile to feel comfortable.

    Did you buy a tensioner?

What track did you go to when you lost it? Milan I take it?

Same here. I am unsure of wether to go with a solid or spring loaded. I would be happy if I could just get a better pulley with higher sides.

there is a you-tube video which shows exactly what happens with the stock spring tensioner. It bounces like a ball, throwing the belt at high RPM and when quickly decelerating. Wish I had the web address for the video, maybe a link from the KATECH site. Impressive!

I had this problem after I put a ASP pulley on. Happened twice in one week after the pulley swap. I replaced my belts with goodyear gatorback belts and no problem since. Just fuel for thought.

Hi-Po, I lost my belt at Lapeer Dragway first time. Used to live 5 minutes from there, so I went all the time. Now I live near Battle Creek and am moving soon to Columbus OH. Hope there's a strip down there!

THUNDER racing said the tensioner is delayed about a week. Dang, have to wait for it now.

I never had problems with the belt falling off.

Proper size belt is key. I have the ASP pulley.
I wouldn't give SLP the chance to get my money.

I did have problems with the belt getting VERY 'wobbly' on a rev. It looked like it wanted to jump, but it never did.
    Katech solid tensioner. Problem solved.

It looks just like a normal tensioner. But a little prettier.

All my pics are at home, I am at the hospital.
