Light Pewter Metallic- 2000 Z28
Anyone else have Edelbrock long tubes?
I recently got my whole exhaust system done. I know a lot of guys are using pacesetter, kooks, or a few other brands but I didn't find anyone using Edelbrock's when I did a search.
I went with the Edelbrock 1-3/4" stepped to 1-7/8" with a 3-1/2" collector, 3-1/2" Edelbrock ORY to Magnaflow exhaust.
Have a listen and let me know what you think.

sounds pretty nice man.
I didnt know edelbrock made long tubes. I have only seen their mid-length headers with that ti-tech coating.

They are new for 2008 according to a video I watched detailing all their new parts for the LS1.

Sounds good!!! I have Edelbrock LT's with the ORY but I haven't installed them yet.... I'll need a tune after I get done with them because I'll be deleting my AIR and EGR.... do they scrape at all and are you lowered??

You can get them from Summit.... They're about $450 for the LTs and 109 for the ORY.... It's a change from the normal Pacesetters.... I need to stop being lazy and install mine... Just haven't really had the time....

Sounds nice. Do you have any resonating issues at any particular speed/RPM? My setup is a little raspy but is very quiet just cruising. I like the Magnaflow sound, very deep.

I haven't noticed any resonating issues yet, but being new you gotta give it time to wear down.
I bought them from a local speed shop in Peoria, IL for like 460$.
I am stock ride height. As far as scraping goes, I haven't hit them on anything yet, I've gone over speed bumps, speed humps, and even pulled in and out of driveways (the air dam in front still hits thing every now and then).
