? about cats
First off I have a 01 with h/c, headers, catless y pipe, elec cutout. I have to get my car inspected and need cats. Now my ? is do I put my stock ones back on, by the slp high flow cats, or buy a catted y from tsp? Any advice would be nice and thanks.

You would have to put the stock manifolds back on to put the factory cats on. Are you wanting to keep the cats on permanently, or just a temp fix to pass emissions? If you want them permanently, buy the high flow cats. If you want the temp fix, buy the TSP ypipe and swap it back for the ORY after emission test is over.

Well I'm thinking maybe I should make it a permanent move because I'm moving to Germany for 3 years and I have to have them there. So I should just by the high flow cats and have them put on? I currently have the hooker lt's and catless y. Is there anything I should buy to make it all pass emissions like 02's or anything else?
