'01 Z28 Throttle body

I'm sure that I have the LS6 intake manfold or IAFM- integrated air/fuel module as GM first called it.
I'm pretty sure that I have the 75mm throttle body on my '01 Z28.
If the above is true then an upgrade in the throttle body would do something...right?
This is what I have on my car so far L/T headers, SLP cold air intake complete kit, MSD plug wires, cat-back exhaust, M6 tranny, 241-cast heads.
If so, where should I look to purchase one or is it even worth the expense?

for future references this is a picture of members rides section. this should be in the external engine tech area. but alot of people like to port and polish the stock throttle body to get more out of it in a budget friendly way. otherwise most others usually upgrade the tb and intake at the same time to get matching sized ports. but to find some places that sell them check the sponsors section.
