*Probably the best headers money could buy for an LS1 F-Body!*
Just got back from American Racing Headers here on Long Island and picked up my headers!
These things ROCK!
My plan calls for a D1SC set-up so I got the best I could, I got myself stainless 1 7/8" primary race headers (no fittings)
Flanges are nice and thick, welds fully ground down, REALLY nice long collector's and just simply beautiful welds!
Nick @ ARH was awesome to deal with and is a very talkative and down to earth guy unlike the way some other shops can be. The shop is super nice and clean. I was able to see the way the headers are built from scratch all the way to a batch of C5 headers & x-pipes they had all ready to go!
I'm completely impressed.
I'll be dropping the car off in 3 weeks to have full stainless true duals done.
If you'd like contact info for American Racing Headers direct feel free to PM me.

Pricing is going to be on par with the other higher end headers (similar to Kooks which you mentioned)
I'll agree, I dig the Kooks as I had them on my previous '99 TA.
These are really nice though, I'm very impressed!
Fitment should be awesome!
I know A LOT of thought went into them when fitting them on another car, they should go in flawlessly and fit amazing...these guys do AWESOME work!

Well I had a chance to see these as well and I can't remember ever seeing anything quite as nice. Buddy is having them installed locally. They're all 304 SS including y-pipe and merges are part of the system. Cool

Nelson Performance sells em and they are a sponsor here...
but even if he didnt it's OK to talk about manufacturers of high performance stuff....give your experiance with em and speak to the cost and quality....nothing wrong with that at all....
Now trolls come on here and post links to non sponsors "big sale" and I have a problem with that....it's simple and I think somethimes Mods/Admins get misunderstood...here it is...some peckerhead comes on and his first post is www.ripyourassoff.com has go fast plug wires for $5 a set...we dont know who in the hell that is...and your members get ripped off then they get pissed at you...so we check out our sponsors and the sponsors here are held to a higher standard...so the rule of pimping non sponsors is there to protect the LS1.COM members as much as possible. This fella is happy with his American Racing Headers and is sharing info. Nothing at all wrong with that.

black- 98 Z28
Only bad thing that I see is that the O2 sensor bung appears to be on the outside of the drivers side header rather than the inside.
