Arg. That's what sucks about fiberglass. He didn't hit that rail all that hard, but it crunched his front end something fierce...

Hmm now that I've typed that, it makes me wonder... Are C6s still made with fiberglass? Or do they use carbon fiber or something else newer and high-techer...?

front tires on my car were messed up..

if you have an accident at the track,, does the insurance still covers that?

How can you not blame him? He had an opportunity to back off but didn't. If he's on street tires there was no reason to even do a burn out like that just a quick spin to get any crap off the tires. If he had DRs he should have been heating them up in the box. As for insurance they usually won't cover this stuff but you can always lie and say you did it in a parking lot.

I dnt blame him because we all make mistakes. I dnt think he wanted to get his car messed up.
It sux he crashed a corvette. A car that I can't afford and this guy crashed it.

looks like to me he wasn't holding onto the steering wheel hard enough and it turned to the right hard and went into the wall. The wheels were straight than he started to fishtail a little and could have tried correcting with one hand or something and it just cut hard right on him.
