    tire reports c6 z06 ?

I,m getting ready for my 3rd set of tires anything better than the OEM,s as far as dry traction. I dont care about noise, looks ,rain i just want to go around corners faster and launch better. I looked at mich. pilot sport cups non runflat but they seem like more of a racing tire.I not griping about the OEM,s they do a good job for the power this car puts out but just a tad more. tanks alot

Sorry, not much help but I just did a search on Tirerack and the only tires coming up are:

Bridgestone Potenza RE050A Pole Position RFT
    Goodyear Eagle F1 Supercar EMT
    Hoosier A6 (Competition)
    Hooser R6 (Competition)

Those Pilot Sport Cups you mentioned are not competition tires but their treadwear is under 100 I believe. Are they the ones OEM for the new ACR Viper? They would do the job you ask of them though. Might be worth looking into.

I work in a tire shop and those bridge stone are a badass tires, we just mounted a set on a 07 Sti that the guys uses for autocross and i know an STi doesn't have the same power he said they hold the road really well except when the temp dips to around 40 or so degrees then they get hard and slide he said. I would do some research on the bridge stones, IMO they are the tire your looking for.
