    Stall or not to stall?

Well, I was thinking about going with a 2800 stall on my car. Any one have one on their C6? If so, what did you see at the track or feel when you drove?

I do not own a vette, but a 2800 stall will not hurt normal driving. My current DD came with a 3200rpm stall from factory.

I just installed a Circle D 3800 and it really made the car come alive. It is a little big for a DD, but sure is fun to drive.

    Sadly now demodded :(

Stall is like crack: You start out small and then, after a while, realize you should've went big. A lock up TC won't cost that much in gas if you can keep your foot out of it.

How is that like crack? lol, usually you start off small lose your money, cars, friends, children and job then go to jail and get sober or get sober on your own and realize how bad that shit is.

Lighten up bud. It was meant as a joke for wanting more and more (higher and higher stall speed)...

Don't know about the C6 but my buddy put a 3800 stall on his 98 C5 and its a daily driver and let me tell ya, completly different car, this thing will snap your neck if your not bracin yourself. He has a huge ass cam in it though and some pretty good flowing heads, pretty much a budget build though none of the stuff he bought was real exspensive.

I think I'll just leave it as is, just don't feel like messing with it.

in a way you are right but he didnt particularly mention which car is his DD. but yes no f-body/y-body came with a stall that high. his DD is not a camaro/firebird/vette.
